What services do you provide?

IndFilings offers services including company registration, GST, income tax, trademark, and FSSAI licensing. They also provide accounting, payroll, and compliance solutions for businesses in India.

IndFilings is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies or other third parties, and these delays cannot be used as a basis for a refund. They also do not guarantee specific outcomes for services, as factors outside their control (e.g., a government agency rejecting an application) can affect the final result.

What payment methods do you accept?

IndFilings accepts multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. This ensures a convenient and secure payment process for their services.

Generally, you cannot cancel and get a refund for a submitted FSSAI application. Government fees are non-refundable. You may be able to “surrender” a license after it’s issued.

 

We do offer gift cards! These can be purchased through our website and make great gifts for any occasion.

If your compliance application is rejected, you must rectify the errors and re-apply. The rejection notice will specify the reason, which is often for incomplete documents. You can re-submit with the corrections.
